Seb and I worked together for a year and a half at Dugout on the Kia Motors UEFA Europa League account, and whilst I had the privilege of being his line manager, I learned as much from him as he from I. During the time we worked together Seb was deservedly promoted to Account Manager, and whilst working across the whole account, specifically led the account management of two content strands, which were delivered flawlessly. Seb has everything you need as an account manager, and so much more. He is exceptionally organised, has laser focussed attention to detail, can work under the pressure of deadlines and client curveballs , and has a unique skill in making seemingly impossible projects happen (which at Dugout comes in very handy)! And on top of that he speaks several languages! Aside from the fact that clients absolutely love him, what most impressed me about Seb though was his willingness to learn. Whether it be budget planning or his management of an Account Executive he was always looking to improve and not afraid to seek advice in how best to approach certain situations. I know Seb will go from strength to strength in his career and very much hope we have the opportunity to work together again in the future.
