  My family and I have called Stafford our home for more than 20 years. I can’t imagine living anywhere else. As a mother of four children, two Saint Bernard’s and two Donkey's I pour a lot of my time and passion into my family. The love of my family is what compels me to find success in my career. I understand hard work and started in the work force when I was 16 working my way up to a senior management role in the retail world early in my life. Much of that management experience was seeking out and helping to develop top talent in my industry.Of the many roles I’ve had in my career, creating and implanting coaching and training programs has been one of my favorite parts. I love playing a role in the success of so many in both my prior and current careers. The experiences I’ve had over two careers, combined with my passion for people has largely contributed to my success.In 2004 I began serving clients as a Realtor in the Fredericksburg region and I’ve never looked back. As a top producing agent I have taken great pride in what I do, the knowledge I’ve gained throughout the years and the level of customer service I’ve been able to maintain.
