I've had the privilege of working with Yassir for a number of years. I have seen him take on increasingly complex responsibilities and excel at them. He's very skilled whether leading highly technical discussions, reaching beyond cross-functional and international teams, or again balancing multiple requirements and making tough decisions. One of his key strengths is his ability to bring people together, focus on what they have in common, build upon that, and form very effective/productive teams. He also introduced Six Sigma and other Product Development methodologies to CNH, and his name is still written on many training manuals.
