It's very rare to have the opportunity to work for a group where you are trusted and supported and where one has the freedom to both challenge and experiment with one's work. It's equally rare to find those qualities in one's clients; to not only encourage and respect your efforts but trust enough in you to let you be your best. Penny is one of those people. She is totally supportive and at the same time she challenges you to really take your work to a higher level. She inspires you with her positivity to push yourself and do the best work you can do and never let's you feel disrespected. She's one of the most capable meeting and event planners I know. Beyond that she is relaxed , outgoing and friendly. She worked long hours and put massive amounts of logistics together with little effort while coordinating the event we worked on. I never saw her stressed or lose her focus no matter how many unexpected things happened and given the nature of events, things will never ever be perfect. I've been in business over 28 years and I know a professional when I see one. Penny is the consummate professional. Another rarity; she has a positive happy attitude and always takes the time to answer questions or concerns no matter who multi-tasked she is at the moment. Any association or company would be fortunate to have someone like her on staff.

Vision: We envision healthy, thriving communities across the state of South Carolina, powered by affordable, community based 100% clean, renewable sources of energy; where our energy system is predicated on racial, economic and environmental justice; where a thriving workforce has access to secure, safe and sustainable jobs; and where there is democratic accountability to ensure that the energy industry is fair, just and aligned with the public interest. Values: We advocate for transparency and access to participate throughout the energy planning cycle, where inclusive leadership and voices are represented in the democratic process to make decisions. We are committed to drive the transformation of communities to provide clean, healthy and safe environments that are centered on equity for all. We strive to enable folks to be fully embraced by a community that expresses love and individuality freely. Show less
