Darcy and I personally have worked with John Lawson for around 10 years now and really appreciate all the effort he has put in to keep Darcy a happy customer. I would have to endorse his exceptional customer relationship building skills, we have always felt a valued customer and communication has always been a key point with John. He has always been open and honest, which in my opinion is the best way to do business and I was continually impressed by the knowledge he brought to the table. Really sad to hear John is leaving the company, they will be missing a strong dedicated individual but equally another company will gain these strengths and hopefully we will be able to continue to work together in the future.
