I had the pleasure of supervising Matt during his time at Endicott College. Matt is an incredibly hard worker and is truly dedicated to staff development. Matt has a great background in conduct, student development, community building and programming development. Matt is very much a team player. He has been a major contributing member of the growth and vision of our department through his passion for technology. Matt is a well spoken individual with a strong sense of professional responsibility who also exhibits a caring heart. I have enjoyed my time with Matt and being able to see his growth and develop.

Matt was a great colleague who could always be depended on, especially during group RD initiatives, such as RA and RD in-service planning and co-advising a Dining Council which resulted in major renovations of the college's dining hall. He brought a quiet but strong energy to the staff and took pride in creating a team dynamic amongst the RA's he supervised. I feel confident knowing RHA is in his hands, he has really helped the organization grow in order to benefit the students of Endicott College in being part of their own college experience and taking ownership of their campus. Any organization would be lucky to have Matt on board.
