Pranav was an incredible asset to Panorama Global during his time as a summer intern. Pranav delivered an executive-level presentation on harnessing AI within the social impact space and implemented a comprehensive portfolio project health assessment to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of Panorama's sponsorship portfolio. While I did not have the privilege of working with Pranav on those projects, we did work closely together on the Accelerating Social Change Leadership Initiative, where he was tasked with making a strategic recommendation for platform selection on a high-visibility grant. He demonstrated his technical expertise through gathering essential requirements, researching/analyzing the market, noting user-centered design, and synthesizing recommendations in an easy-to-digest decision matrix. His research and recommendation were central to successfully pitching our funders on the platform! In addition to his technical leadership, how Pranav approached his work makes him a strong addition to any team. Pranav has a

When we were recruiting a summer intern to assist with our fiscal sponsorship and early-stage entrepreneur accelerator programs, we never anticipated meeting a candidate as skilled and creative as Pranav Adiraju. I had the pleasure of being Pranav’s primary supervisor, though in his short time with us he spearheaded projects under three separate workstreams: a fiscal sponsorship portfolio assessment, an educational platform for our accelerating social change leadership initiative, and an assessment of the utility of AI in nonprofit operations. Despite the internship being 100% remote, Pranav took advantage of the in-person opportunities at our DC office to further connections with staff and fully participated in our company culture as an integral part of the team. His contribution to the discourse around technology in the nonprofit/philanthropic sector has had a profound impact across multiple departments, and we look forward to continuing the work that he started. Pranav is undoubtedly a value-add to any team looking to improve the efficiency of their operations, expand their use of data analytics, and push their organization to explore new frontiers of AI and automation.
