Worked with Wiz craft and Hero’s Marketing and Admin Head for strategizing the Marketing Initiative for Hero Cycles at IIFA Awards 2016. Led the on ground execution including the hospitality involving mobilization of more than 200 pax from India to Spain, including around 100 VIP’s.Was part of the revival plans (planning and execution) of UT Bikes Ltd, a homegrown Premium brand under Hero Cycle portfolio that grew over 90%. Results achieved by the team was stronger footprint, increased brand recall, increased effectiveness in the marketing initiatives, improved margin as well as tighter financial control with increased dealer base and repeat orders.Conceptualized the execution of institutional business having personally been in charge of its success.Working under the MD and Business Head, I was shadow in charge of day-to-day operations on multiple fronts.Was part of the team that acquired Firefox Bikes Ltd. I was part of the team that worked for the takeover of Firefox bikes for Hero Group. From the conceptualisation of this to Diligence and coordinating end to end Legal and Commerical meetings till its fruition. I was personally involved in the 100 day plan for the acquired company. Entrusted with the task of selling and disposal of building material and demolition at one of the sites owned by the promotor in Gurgaon where a hotel was supposed to come up.Have been actively engaging in board level meetings, from curating them to being part of them.Involved in Strategic and operational improvements for two companies representing Premium side of the Business at the Hero. a) UT Bikes, b) Firefox BikesWorked with BCG’s team for the feasibility of the retail market for active lifestyle in India.Part of the panel which liaisons with foreign third party vendors as well as CXO level hiring within the group when relevant.Program management for the promotors.
