Sweden’s largest and Europe’s 4th largest research institute was in an expansive phase to meet the huge demand of the institute’s services. A decision was made to recruit 100 employees during 2020 to the Bioeconomy and health division of 300 employees. A project was defined to reach 70% of the yearly goal already in Q1. I was responsible to drive the project and together with recruitment expertise and recruiting line managers the highly set target was reached within the set time frame.
