I have worked closely together with Robert during two long assignments on H&M. Robert is a very friendly person who naturally spread positive energy to the entire team. He is a great project/team leader when it comes to organizing, administer, plan, etc the work of the team. He make sure that the team keep deadlines and if necessary he can take difficult decisions. He is excellent at communicating information to the team members and other stakeholders, as well as a good listener. Robert have both the "helicopter" perspective necessary to lead a team, and the knowledge/experience necessary to understand/support the details/problems of the team members day to day tasks.
