  Responsible for the strategic and operational development at Ford Risk Management, working closely with a number of large charities, schools and religious orders. A Specialist Member of the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Joined Ford Risk Management in 2006 after spells as NVQ assessor and Safety Practitioner at North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. Works alongside the insurance broking departments at DE Ford Insurance Brokers Ltd to ensure the continuous development of Ford’s unique and holistic brand of risk management.
