I mainly worked with the company’s consumer product range but I also processed the export orders for ingredients. My responsibility was to communicate with B2B customers and cooperation partners. I processed export orders, organized logistics and completed export documentations for the orders and sample deliveries. I often acted as a link between our customers and other departments at Roberts. A significant part of my responsibilities was to handle the export events Roberts participated in, such as overseas trade fairs. I was in charge of the preparations, I represented Roberts at the events and communicated with potential contacts afterwards. I was also responsible for the export materials needed, such as brochures, labeling and product information. An important aspect of my job was to examine target markets, requirements for export documentation and possibilities for new sales. The main target markets I worked with were the US, China, Japan, South Korea and Northern Europe. I also revised invoices related to the export operations and acted as a substitute for the procurement when needed. In my several positions at Roberts I had the opportunity to be involved in various different work tasks and projects as well as learn many aspects of the food industry.
