This was a humbling experience. I was entrusted by Pak Indra Karnadi, Ph.D., head of UKRIDA's Electrical Engineering department to be one of the speakers on this event. I was very nervous (in an excited way 🥳), since this was my very first experience as a guest speaker, presenting about what I've always been so passionate about: The brain and neural signal processing. At first, I felt a little anxious. But I kept on reminding myself that this will be my confidence: "my competence comes from God" (2 Corinthians 3:5) What made it extra special was that my parents made time to participate in this event, to support and celebrate me❤️. I'm also very grateful that I got to experience this with my brother, the smartest colleague, Christian Dilivio (p.s. he's also my playing buddy!). He was presenting about his super cool bachelor's thesis "IoT-based attendance system", which I'm very proud about! Show less

Internship Trainee

Having my internship on IMERI (Medical Technology cluster) was an incredible learning experience. I was assigned to process Electroencephalography (EEG) resting-state data and auditory intracortical data of cats (study about congenital-deafness). I learned a lot about neural signal processing using MATLAB, research ethics, building rigorous hypothesis & experimental methodology, as well as critical thinking. I've learned the importance of inquisitiveness (other name: having the guts to ask questions.. which I found to be terrifying😱🤣). It was truly an honor for me to have such fantastic and lovely advisors: Prasandhya Astagiri Yusuf, S.Si, M.T., Ph.D, dr. Damar P. Susilaradeya, Ph.D, dr. Aly Lamuri, M.Sc. I was also accompanied by supportive and enthusiastic associate: Ci Elvira, Kak Hazrina and Bu Arierta. Show less
