Consumer Policy Team at the Strategic Policy and Energy Systems Innovation Branch in the Consumer, Policy and Markets Division: I lead the review of the consumer energy debt threshold for disconnection (Action 10 in Towards Energy Equity) I lead the Community of Practice on Consumer Vulnerability, a regulatory partnership to share learnings, and identify opportunities in the vulnerability space. I provide support for the Consumer Vulnerability Identification Toolkit (Action 2 in Towards Energy Equity), including assisting with customer journey mapping workshops with consumer and retailer stakeholders. I provide support for the Game Changer initiative including completing research for senior leaders and assisting with the Design Group and Leadership Group surveys. Upcoming workstream includes considering the need for a payment difficulty framework in the National Energy Customer Framework (Action 8 in Towards Energy Equity) in July 2023. Past projects include helping with the stakeholder engagement into the release of the Towards Energy Equity strategy in October 2022. I am a member of the organising committee for the upcoming ACCC / AER Reg Conference 2023. I am one of the Champions in the Distributed Energy Community of Practice. Show less
