Wat doe je als je als organisatie flinke en ambitieuze online plannen hebt, en op zoek bent naar een veelzijdig iemand die levert en ook in een team moet passen? Dan bel je Britt. ik heb haar leren kennen als een veelzijdige creatieve en datagedreven professional. Daarom ben ik ook blij dat ik zowel bij Macintosh als bij Carglass/belron met haar heb mogen werken. Britt kun je om een boodschap sturen, ze heeft volledig zelfstandig projecten getrokken van concept/mechanisme tot oplevering, en continue verbetering daarna. Het ging om innovatieve projecten waarbij customer data slim gekoppeld moest worden in een customer data platform en CRM campagne tool, en op basis daarvan relevante communicatie over meerdere on/- offline kanalen werd getoond (oa e-mail, display, call, websites). Hierbij schakelde ze met een veelheid aan externe bureaus en zelfstandigen en bracht dit als een spin in het web tot fantastische resultaten met significante business impact. Het liefst heb ik dat Britt samen met mij werkt, maar gezien haar ambities verdient ze in ieder geval een plek die klaar is voor een volgend niveau, waar ze zich verder kan ontplooien.
