During this time I travelled independently through several amazing South American countries. I worked in Uruguay on an organic farm for two months, learning about and supporting sustainable farming practices... including hand-milking cows! I also worked in a peruvian hostel and supported a local children's home. By the end of the trip I was able to speak intermediate Spanish!
