      I led the beginning stages of Augusta Pride, Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and diversity in the CSRA as well as educating the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender community about the prevention and knowing your status of HIV/AIDS. This organization started with 7 board members in 2009 and has now grown to over 20 board members. We hold an hi5 figure annual budget. We attract 10,000 people to our annual event normally held in June. This event has been praised as one of the most organized, well ran events in the city. We were recently quoted as being one of the top 3 non-profit events in Augusta! Backed by the city staff and Mayor, we've grown our impact to well beyond the southeast. Our event has attracted international travelers as well. Our Merchandise has sold all in two separate continents. Augusta Pride has now become an LGBT destination event for Augusta.

      I started as a CSR in Frigidaire Technical Information Dept (TID) helping customers answer questions on consumer products including dimensions, measurements, codes, and in depth installation. I was then accepted into the Electrolux ICON Consumer Care Group to launch the first high-end Electrolux branded appliance line; an elite group providing service for Cooking, Refrigeration, and Dish products. ICON agents had to be well informed on any of the products specs and how to service or arrange for service, be able to track, ship, return products, and manage realtionships with Servicers in the West Coast Region including 100's of servicers in California, Washington, and other states. My last position held was in Warranty Cost Reduction where I built a program from the ground up that would include building a team of 40 Troubleshooting Call Center Representatives trained in depth how to diagnose and solve simple problems with the consumer over the phone for their appliances. I was responsible for all Training, Call Flow, Call Time Management, Agent Support/Growth, and reporting of all the results of the project to the Vice President of Warranty Contract Services.
