Together we helped Bench employees achieve 350 volunteer hours in our first year of activity, supporting a number of organizations and raising almost $4000 for local causes.In the early stages of founding Bench Gives Back,… Bench Gives Back is a platform that supports Benchmates as they work together to create a positive impact in our communities.As President of the board, I was responsible for leading the board members in the operational delivery of Bench Gives Back initiatives. Together we helped Bench employees achieve 350 volunteer hours in our first year of activity, supporting a number of organizations and raising almost $4000 for local causes.In the early stages of founding Bench Gives Back, I took responsibility for drafting our mission statement and establishing the non-profit as a legal entity. This included negotiating the terms of its relationship with Bench and its employees.As lead event director, I co-ordinated the volunteers responsible for throwing fundraising parties and driving engagement with initiatives.
