Me es muy grato escribir esta recomendación para Érika Sánchez Pascual, que fue colaboradora nuestra en el programa de mentores de la Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (MENTARQ). El programa de mentores es una iniciativa que busca formar a los mentores para asumir tareas de liderazgo, enseñándoles a dirigir reuniones, gestionar grupos y, en definitiva, a ser responsable sobre otras personas. Toda esa teoría se pone en práctica con sus grupos de mentorizados, que son alumnos de nuevo ingreso a los que les aportan orientación para que los alumnos novatos tomen por ellos mismos las decisiones acerca de la elección de profesores, asignaturas optativas, becas, etc… A lo largo de todo este tiempo, siempre ha mostrado una actitud colaboradora hacia el programa y responsable hacia sus mentorizados; ha asistido a la formación y ha participado activamente en las reuniones.
