His years of experience building high-end restaurants and retail stores combined with his impressive knowledge of building methods makes him an invaluable resource to Trinity’s clients and project teams. In addition to advising on purchasing of long-lead items and setting permitting milestones, he provides expert assistance to clients and his teams in lease review, due diligence, pre-construction planning, site logistics and scheduling. Matt’s reach extends far beyond project management; he is responsible for developing company-wide policies, procedures, standards and training programs, and for the scheduling of construction operations staff.
