To say Ali brings a tremendous depth of knowledge and enthusiasm to his role would be an understatement. He brings abundant energy, creativity, and thoughtfulness to any project, whether rescoping a company website to address ICP and challenger sales methodologies, leading the sales team in ABM initiatives and helping them manage accounts, or creating engaging social media and blog posts. His work on the Alianza website to address ICPs saw a 70% increase in MQLs and a 50% increase in SQLs. Ali does an incredible job of keeping current with a plethora of sales and marketing tactics to drive deals through the funnel and contribute to company revenue goals while also educating and elevating the team as a result. His in-depth knowledge of the Challenger Sales Method, #Megadeals, and SiriusDecisions frameworks makes him an invaluable resource to both the sales organization, marketing team, and senior leadership.       My main responsibility is to fight bad user experience and conduct conversion rate optimization on both www.tdc.dk and www.yousee.dk. I produce and execute online campaigns and do copywriting, usability testing and black box testing. I furthermore manage the site by creating wireframes, testing various page flows, optimize existing landing pages and A/B test elements on the site. Last but not least, I am currently involved in a personalization project using Optimizely. With customer product holding data, I have created targetted banners that has increased the conversion rate. I use Adobe Site Calatlyst as the web analytics tool to analyze traffic and optimize the site. I also create content for TDC/YouSee's mobile site and focus on Usability, UX and conversion. I use tools such as Axure, Site Catalyst, Discover, Optimizely, SnagIt, Bugzilla and Kampyle. Demandware and TDC's own CMS are also used daily.
