My main responsibility is to fight bad user experience and conduct conversion rate optimization on both www.tdc.dk and www.yousee.dk. I produce and execute online campaigns and do copywriting, usability testing and black box testing. I furthermore manage the site by creating wireframes, testing various page flows, optimize existing landing pages and A/B test elements on the site. Last but not least, I am currently involved in a personalization project using Optimizely. With customer product holding data, I have created targetted banners that has increased the conversion rate. I am also working on customizing search engines for both TDC and YouSee. I managed to implement Google Site Search for both www.tdc.dk and www.yousee.dk. and tracking shows fewer calls to customer service. In one month alone, 1.862 fewer calls were made and 7.169 more visits were made to the webshop, which I am responsible for. I have added pictures to each search result in order to enhance the user experience. Next step is to promote campaign pages. I work closely with external and internal marketing teams, product managers, sales manager and our web analytics expert. I participate in daily SCRUM meetings with our software developers and help prioritize tasks. I fight bad user experiences on behalf of our website visitors, by taking a data driven approach. I use Adobe Site Calatlyst as the web analytics tool to analyze traffic and optimize the site. I also create content for TDC/YouSee's mobile site and focus on Usability, UX and conversion. I use tools such as Axure, Site Catalyst, Discover, Optimizely, SnagIt, Bugzilla and Kampyle. Demandware and TDC's own CMS are also used daily. My Site Manager tasks are: -Gathering requirements -Testing multiple-page flows + end to end testing -Create flow models -Analyzing traffic data -Use of Google SiteSearch and helping visitors find exactly what they’re looking for. -Ensuring usability and fighting bad user experiences -And much more...
