I had the good fortune of Maayan joining our team at PeerSpot. She'd had a lot of service-oriented roles in the past, but no direct experience with customer success. I wasn't totally sure it was a fit but both Directors that interviewed her said it was a no brainer - I'm happy to say they were absolutely right, and I was a fool not to see it. Maayan will simply outwork everyone else on your team. She is tenacious, focused, smart, highly motivated, creative, strategic and just a wonderful person to be around. She picked up the material extremely quickly, putting in the hours to make sure she was an expert in everything her customers needed her to be. Within a quarter she was a top performer on the team, and more seasoned CSM's we already asking for her advice and opinions. She ended her first year as one of the top performing reps at the entire company, with exceptional NPS scores to boot. It's not accident - she works unbelievably hard, has no ego when it comes to making improvements to her work, proactively asks for help and most important she genuinely cares for her customers which drives her to excellence. I couldn't recommend Maayan more to any team that needs an A player!
