      Dissertation: “Expanding Access to the City: How Public Transit Fare Policy Shapes Travel Decision Making and Behavior of Low-Income Riders.” Research involved a randomized controlled evaluation testing the impact a low-income fare has on ridership behavior for Boston-area using automated fare collection data. Designed, developed, and implemented an automated mobile phone texting ChatBot tool to collect daily trip purpose data from participants.
