Mr. J. Thomas Hanley serves as Program Manager for a contract Interactive Government Holdings, Inc., has with HUD. In addition to Mr. Hanley, this contract includes Business Subject Mater Specialists and Data Base Managers. Mr. Hanley serves as Program Manager for these positions. In this role, he is the company’s primary contact with the customer and has daily interface with the Contracting Officer Representative and Stakeholders. He was responsible for all reporting to ensure compliance with all elements of the Contract’s Statement of Work. Mr. Hanley possesses a thorough knowledge of many Information Technology programming languages. His knowledge of and experience with Project Management requirements, practices and principles are crucial to the success of the team working on this contract. He has a keen sense of requirements necessary to meet, and exceed, customer expectations and requirements. His ability to evaluate needs and sort through organizational layers at the customer allows him to quickly and accurately establish a road map for success. He has a gift for selling the team directionally to ensure all are pulling together to accomplish common goals required to meet customer requirements. Tom was an integral part of our project management team setting up a PMO. He managed the action-item and decision log on SharePoint. He helped with scheduling of future projects on Microsoft Project and with reviewing and maintaining the risk-management logs. He was a pleasure to work with and full of great ideas for team building.
