Keeps files current including current medical certifications, end of leave, etc. Informs Payroll of start and end of leave. Keeps up-to-date with changes in FMLA laws. • Processes Workers' Comp paperwork, maintains OSHA work injury reports, provides quarterly reports of injuries, etc. • Responsible for updating and posting all Federal/State required posters (wages, FMLA, etc.)
