John was great to work with. I worked with him at Shout while he was VP of Customer Success and I was an architect/engineer working on the code base. We communicated frequently in order to make sure he was able to help Shout's customers and know where the product development was at. What made John great to work with was primarily his happy demeanor combined with his hard work (go getter mentality). He helped make work fun by joking and laughing along the way.
