I had the privilege of working with Sergej on several projects at Norwex, including opening multiple countries for the business. Sergej possesses an uncommonly high level of business acumen and forethought; he used both to great effect in research and execution on projects involving taxation, regulation, production, sales, and technology. Sergej has a great mental and physical checklist - he always knew what tasks were in progress, what needed attention, in what order tasks needed to be completed, and who needed to be involved. He also exudes a calm authority that makes it feel natural for a team to follow his recommendations and direction, which are invaluable tools to have as a Project Manager. As other people have mentioned in their recommendations of Sergej, I also echo a testament to his unfailing work ethic and integrity. He would be an outstanding addition to any team in need of effective leadership and reliable results.

I have had the privilege to manage Sergej at Norwex for three and a half years. During his time at Norwex, he progressed rapidly to a project manager's position. His drive to learn is contagious and he positively impacted people in other departments with his enthusiasm and with his genuine interest to learn every aspect of the business. He successfully balances multiple projects with strong results, a driven attitude and great business integrity. Sergej does not count his hours and is always responsive to all his international colleagues, no matter what time of the day it is. I would highly recommend him to any future employer.

The company manufactures organic and natural cosmetics in Southern Italy to a worldwide customer base. They grow all plants themselves, mainly aloe vera, as well as produce everything in their factory. The administration and sales are in an office based in the same location. Very recommended and high quality products. My internship involved working in the manufacture and production section, farming the various ingredients, as well as administration and sales work in the office. Evolved my skills in sales, administration, manufacturing, teamwork and agriculture. Mind changing experience.
