Responsible for leasing Real Estate portfolio comprising approximately 2 million sq. ft. of retail/office space. Duties include negotiating new leases, renewals, option re-negotiations with current and prospective Tenants. Marketing of vacant space or space that may become vacant due to lease expirations, determine market rents, canvassing, cold calling, coordination with Brokers, lease renewal negotiations, lease restructuring, negotiating and closing deals with national, regional, and Mom and Pop local retailers. Draft and negotiate all leases. Closely work with our team in implementing the lease-related revenue strategy, and executing leasing results while achieving the company’s revenue growth objectives.
