  I was given a challenging task to support a Maziovian region, as a director of sales in the biggest network of startups in Europe. Under my supervision there were incubators on 8 universities (SGGW, UW, Łazarski University, SWPS, WAT, Vistula in Warsaw as well as in Płock and Siedlce). I maneged a team dedicated to build and evangelize among startup community. During those two years more than 1000 startups joined the network of AIP.   My adventure with business started during my studies, when I joined the Academic Business Incubators. Soon I became manger of two departments: Łazarski University and Warsaw Agricultural University. My everyday work was focused on helping young entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by running courses and conducting coaching sessions. During 8 years I helped more than 500 startups to incubate and develop their business models. To help them with this difficult task I have created several educational programs, in which over 400 students participated. I spent hundreds hours advising startups, conducting workshops or speaking at conferences. It was something unique for me to help and advise in numerous investment processes, many of which have ended successfully. It gives me great sense of fulfillment when I have the possibility of sharing my experience during workshops, seminars, conferences.
