Gerald has an incredible amount of empathy for his team and is highly committed to their success. He reported to me as a production manager and his group was responsible for producing our complex electro mechanical systems. These ranged from large capital equipment and automation systems to scaled production of our autonomous mobile robots. He works collaboratively with all aspects of the organization, from supply chain to engineering and manufacturing. He built the best manufacturing technician team I’ve had the privilege of working with, and in his time here not a single system we produced and delivered was behind schedule. He’s an excellent team lead and production manager, and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

I had the pleasure of managing Gerald for almost 5 years at Intermolecular, Inc. He joined the company as a senior technician and was promoted to the engineering and then management levels because of his consistent high level of performance and expertise. Gerald is an excellent equipment engineer because he is inquisitive, detail oriented, and dedicated. For example, he was willing to go the extra mile by helping his team members with their tasks and putting in extra hours in the evenings and weekends when needed for the success of the project. He also asks good questions and grasps complex concepts readily. Because of his technical skills, work ethic, and ability to work well with others, Gerald was an asset to our team. I therefore highly recommend Gerald without reservation because he has the ability to be a top performer in any endeavor he chooses to undertake.
