      As a recruiter with the Hot ITem Groep, I was responsible for hiring 40 new employees per year. Hiring data consultants required speed, the right tone of voice in communication and good job offers. In addition to sourcing, conducting job interviews and making offers, this also included setting out an annual hiring strategy and social media strategy. Key Achievements: - Realized a growth of 30% with Hot ITem Groep between 2018 and 2023 (190 employees to 250 employees). - Set up a collaboration with Techionista Academy to attract and train women for tech-roles. This increased the number of women working in the company by 5%. - Together with hiring managers, set up and recruited the annual training programs for data enginees and BI-trainees. - By initiating a competition and implementing the SoWorker tool, there are now 50 HI Ambassadors who actively post messages on social media to raise awareness to the employer brand.       When I started at Future Facts, they were still a startup and I was the first dedicated recruiter. At Future Facts I also focused on international profiles and interviews mostly took place online.
