Together with the Executive Director, I have accomplished the following: • Increased camp enrollment by 59% and ticket revenue by 101% since 2021. • Offered more than 25 subsidized tuitions for our 2023 camp season through our pay-what-you-will tuition policy. • Conceptualized and executed ROOTS: Realizations On & Off The Stage, a free workshop series designed to teach community members about social justice in theater, representation, songwriting, vocal technique, and more, led by professional teaching artists of diverse lived experiences. • Created a free one-week intensive, led by Broadway and industry professionals, for pre-professional artists aged 16-22 as they evaluate a career in the musical arts.
