My manager never knew about the issue until the following day and was very happy as a customer demonstration was scheduled and the Inbound cell being up and running was vital. • To expand my role I self-taught / asked questions on how to perform tests on robots (called bots). Using Linux, I loaded software onto bots, sent command scripts to bots, and performed tests on new or repaired bots to verify functioning correctly.

Dealing with troubled teenage girls was very intimidating. Some thought I was crazy. But I was able to learn and succeed how to discipline, encourage, cajole, teach, talk to the girls about a variety of life subjects, enforce peer interaction boundaries, reassure when depressed or highly emotional, and reconcile arguments between peers.
