Scott is equally masterful in building world-class sales organizations that deliver and exceed KPIs QoQ and in developing and nurturing talent. Anyone who has worked on Scott's team would attest to his electric ability to empower and motivate people to excel and be the best version of themselves. He encourages and implements ideas and insight from his direct reports, and makes everyone feel heard and valued as a result.
