      AEA produces automated lines for assembly, testing and quality control, integration with transport and assembly systems, develop software management and supervisory control for automotive components. I follow, as Project Manager, the projects directly at the customer plants and, as Resident Engineer I have both a technical role and a commercial role. Technical side, I follow the installation, setup and startup of equipment at the customer site, I am responsible to ensure the correct functionality of production line, to train a qualified staff and to monitor time performance. I work with the Quality and Process departments in order to ensure a quickly resolution of production issues, such as scraps. Commercial side, I receive directly from customers new offer requests, and I support my AEA colleagues to study the technical feasibility and to draw up the technical and economic offers.

      From January 2009, I was responsible of Plant Facility Management and I coordinated a team of eight people who have in charge the activities of maintenance of technological systems, logistics and responsible of workshop activities (CNC, lathes and milling machines). I was also involved in CNC machines programming and production planning.In this role I achieved excellent results in terms of saving thanks to the in sourcing of a lot of activities. Production side, I was in charge of industrialize of the prototype developed from the research and development department.
