March 28,2018 To whom it may concern: I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation for Jennifer Bell .I first met Jennifer sixteen years ago at the Muscular Dystrophy Summer Camp in Brandon Florida. Over this period, I have had the pleasure of getting to know Jennifer both from a professional as well as a personal level. During this time, I have spent considerable time working directly with Jennifer when we were working closely with muscular dystrophy kids. From the beginning, it was very evident that she is very devoted to her career and is someone whom I have gained much respect for due to her intelligence and diligence. Without exception, she puts the wellbeing of her position working with the muscular dystrophy association and neuromuscular population first. Feeling as I do that the key to good organization of events for the neuromuscular disease population of people is compassion. This is well demonstrated by her close relationship and care of the neuromuscular disease population. Her devotion to the neuromuscular disease population and the families is truly a testament to the kind hearted and loyal person Jennifer is. Jennifer is extremely personable and approachable and always with a smile on her face. She is well organized and thrives under adversity. Very goal oriented, Jennifer is always punctual and meticulous with everything that she is involved in. Jennifer is ready for new challenges in her career and desires to learn and grow further. Knowing this desire first hand, I have no hesitation in recommending Jennifer Bell as a candidate to your institution. I feel confident she will be an asset to any program and will be an outstanding individual in any capacity. Sincerely, Nichole Quatman, RN, BSN

Building business relationships to educate potential partners about the programs and services for the 1,100 families currently served by MDA in the Tampa Bay Area living with muscle disease. We take great pride in that donations generated from our programs stay local to help families in our community. My current projects include:- Corporate Partners. Building new relationships with local companies/franchises to raise awareness of MDA, build employee morale, and fundraise for our local MDA programs and services.- MDA Muscle Walk of Tampa Bay. I coordinate the event. We have the largest MDA Walk in the Southeast. Our 5k event at Al Lopez Park will be held on April 21, 2018. I also recruit family and corporate teams to join us as well as new sponsors. I also handle fundraising, cultivation, and logistics as well as all PR and Marketing on website and social media.- Grant Writing. Prospecting local charitable foundations and meeting with decision makers to discuss alignment of their values and our mission.- Fill The Boot Program. Local International Association of Fire Fighter Locals collect on the streets or put on special events to raise funds for our local MDA Chapter -Publix Bowls. engaging our 12 districts (approx 120 stores) of stores to participate in an employee-led bowl program this summer. I also have extensive Event Planning experience with our MDA Gala in all areas from Committee building, obtaining auction items, logistics, budgeting, networking, driving our mission and more.I have met so many wonderful and kind-hearted people in our area since starting with MDA in 2005. Educating others about MDA is so rewarding to me. I hope to find additional sponsors that can benefit from our campaigns which can build upon customer interaction, promote team-building and also gain exposure for your company through fundraising programs.
