  1. Responsible for overseeing OSAT support, managing inventory in the pipeline and ensuring on time delivery performance and cycle time performance 2. Manage expedite requirements from business planning/customer service by ensuring timely and accurate commitments from OSATs. 3. Manage differing revenue and engineering priorities from the various stakeholders within the limits of resource availability at the OSATs. 4.
