Joan has a certain aura about her that is so positive and friendly that every student she speaks with is able to talk to her with ease. Connecting with students who come from a multitude of countries is no easy task. Yet s Joan eases students into meaningful conversations which enable her to assist students in their best interests. Joan has a warm, friendly persona. She always has a smile for everyone and can be seen having friendly conversations with colleagues and students. It is no surprise then that many alumni still remember Joan fondly. I have worked with Joan on various projects. She is professional and approachable. She is always ready to extend a helping hand. Many times, Joan has gone the extra mile to help the team to ensure that the projects are carried out effectively and successfully. She leads by example. A good leader, team player and a person who is committed to the cause, Joan is certainly an asset to any organization. Her communication skills and people skills are exemplary.
