Lojas Renner's Datalab has the mission of disseminating data culture within the company through Machine Learning products.For this, I was responsible for the following tasks:• Collaborate in Customer Discovery processes with the PO and Stakeholders;• Plan and conduct surveys, interviews, tests and mapping for complex scenarios;• Lead the team through facilitations (Design Thinking, Design Sprint...) in the Product Discovery process;• Intermediate facilitations for definitions of Machine Learning product guidelines;• Definition of product features with the team;• Create low and high fidelity prototypes to be validated with users, stakeholder and team;• Collaborate with the evolution of our Design System;• Acting in a continuous improvement process for constant refinement of products;

• Work on projects with experient multifunctional team, identifying the correct demand and specificities of each project; • Clearly and objectively translate the needs inherent in product design and development, taking into account a launch on time, on cost and on quality; • Prototyping and solution testing for products, through written reports and presentations, including how to measure the expected impacts; • Close relationship with the entire production chain, including stakeholders for all over the world; • Proactively identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the project workflow. I´m responsible for all product developments under Pato, Mr Músculo, Bravo and Lysoform brands.

More than a blog focused on decoration and design, Casa de Colorir is a platform that empower people to express themselfes trhouth their houses, by DIY (do it yoursef) projects. Intern at SENAC National Publisher, at Editorial Production and Distribution Center

One of the most relevant national book publishers in Brazil, it publishes reference works that contribute to the dissemination of knowledge and the development of skills of people and organizations in all their areas of activity. As an intern, I worked on the development and updating of titles released by the publisher, accompanying graphic and textual revisions using Adobe InDesign software. I also followed the demands for participation at the publisher stand for the 2011 Book Biennial.
