Jag hade förmånen att arbeta med/för Pernilla under flera år på Tele2, först som chefskollega på samma nivå och sedan var hon min Affärsområdeschef. Pernilla var under tiden en levande symbol för våra värderingar och kom så att bli väldigt uppskattad. Hennes ledarskap är en sällsynt sort då hon med ett otroligt starkt driv lyckas kombinera passion för uppgiften och målen med en passion för medarbetarna. Prestigelösheten och viljan att utveckla medarbetare gjorde att det bättre argumentet fick avgöra - inte position eller titel. Inget var för heligt för att kunna utmanas. På så sätt är hennes ledarskap ett sådant man gärna läser om men sällan upplever i verkligheten. Den som får Pernilla som chef har tur då den kommer att utmanas men också känna sig väldigt inkluderad och få möjlighet att påverka. Vi är många som önskar henne lycka till framöver.
