He has a great approach to recruitment and understands the candidate/recruiter/hiring manager dynamic very well making him a great advocate for PointClickCare. He is always there for the team to ask questions and bounce ideas off of. His honest approach is one I very much appreciate and makes for some great debates and even better solutions. He is a excellent leader by example and brings those around him to the next level.
