I worked closely with Caroline during our latest store opening. She devised a brilliant space plan that maximized the small footprint while maintaining the Fireworks shopping experience. She is able to improvise with a small budget, seeks creative solutions and is extremely detailed oriented. Her focus and ability to stay on task kept the project on schedule. She was a pleasure to work with!

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Caroline Johnson during my employment as Assistant Manager at Fireworks Galleries. Caroline always approached her work with humor, skill and a great sense of style. I found Caroline to be extremely intuitive and creative in every instance. While she was driven and focused on expertly executing each merchandising campaign, she was always flexible and open to input from the store level on designing custom merchandising floorplans that best suited our store. Her attention to detail and passion for presenting a great visual experience for each customer directly and positively affected our bottom line. I would definitely welcome any opportunity to work with her again.
