As part of my own self development, I searched for methodologies and frameworks that I could apply to my role as an Alliance leader and more importantly benefit my partner ecosystem. Alliances v traditional sales gtm differs and requires a different approach and with Mike I certainly found that and more...... After a great deal of investigation, I came across Mike Nevin who is the founding chairman of the association of strategic alliance professionals. Mike has an impressive, extensive network, and has deveoped a comprehensive framework that provides a structured and measurable approach for business to business collaboration. Mike continues now providing me with regular coaching and advice. I'd absolutely recommend him and his team to anyone looking to make improvements in their alliance GTM and or consider a true framework and methodology developed based on proven practices that is leveraged by many well known bluechip organisations.

I was asked by a colleague to check out the one hour Alliance Sales Training Course being run by Mike in July. I found Mike an excellent trainer who knew what he was talking about and presented the one hour course very well. There was a lot of information to be taken in during the one hour session which Mike recorded and gave us access to it afterwards. I have since shared the recording with my colleagues and hopefully going forward my company will arrange a customised course for our new Alliance team. I would highly recomend any company that is looking to train their Alliance teams to take part in the initial one hour session which I am sure would lead to further training by Mike.

Mike has the rare combination of skills/talent that one looks for in a leader to bring an alliance community together – attention to detail and also drive for innovation.
