Sophie joined ERIC as an intern during a really challenging time. Her Team Leader was initially still on furlough leave, yet this never held Sophie back. From day one she was focussed, highly motivated and organised. Her digital skills, particularly in developing our ‘Let’s Go Potty’ campaign were spot on Sophie’s skills and attributes throughout her internship were inspiring.
