Stanley was a founding member of Dragon Army and I had the pleasure of working with him for almost ten years while we built the business. I'm not sure I can accurately share just how amazing and impactful a team member and partner Stanley is, but I'll give it a shot. I've worked with Stanley in small team settings and large, and in both cases he comes to work each day with a positive attitude, excitement and passion for the work he's going to be doing that day, and that rare ability to both roll up his sleeves and do the hard work while also elevating to think strategically about the goals and strategy of the business. His enthusiasm and pride in his work creates a ripple effect through the team that creates a "team first" atmosphere of motivated, inspired people. Stanley is also one of the most creative partners I've ever worked with. I've watched him grow to an extremely talented graphic designer to the Creative Director (and head of emerging technology) of a top digital agency in Atlanta. He has the ability to work with one of his creative team members on the finer details of executing a deliverable, to leading the creative and brand ideation and strategy for Fortune 500 companies. And all throughout he's cheerful, uplifting, and supportive of everyone around him. As I said at the start, I'm not sure I can put into words just how amazing Stanley is. I'll just say, of the now thousands of people I've worked with over the years, Stanley is easily in the top 5. I'd work with him again and again given the chance.

I had the opportunity to work with Stanley on various projects at Dragon Army. Stanley's leadership and guidance have been instrumental in my professional growth in design by setting high standards for work ethic, quality, and intentionality. He has a talent for identifying and leveraging team members' strengths, allowing individuals to shine and the team to thrive. Additionally, his ability to provide constructive feedback and offer solutions has enabled me to continually improve my skills and approach. Stanley was an exceptional manager and mentor to me, and I feel fortunate to have worked with him.
