Working with some of the most ardent individuals, I helped the organization go from being a small international organization with limited processes and a lack of systems to effectively operating in more than 45 countries. With 700 employees and annual revenue of $47 million, I transformed the organization into an international enterprise with improved people, processes, and systems. I led the functions of global operations, including IT, HR, legal, safety & security. ◘ STRATEGIC PLANNING - Co-authored the ten-year strategic plan, introducing a new business model and organizational structure. ◘ GLOBAL EXPERIENCE - Set up new offices and implemented operational changes throughout the United States, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and Belgium. ◘ CHANGE MANAGEMENT - Reduced annual operating costs by 23%, reduced yearly operating losses by 30%, and right-sized the organization towards a more effective and sustainable business model. ◘ MARKET ANALYSIS - Performed trends research and financial and gap analyses.
