Vince is an inspirational leader. I learned the value of a leadership philosophy from him when I was a junior military officer and his example inspired me throughout my military career. Vince created his leadership philosophy and lived that philosophy. Today, I teach leaders how to create their leadership philosophy and I appreciate the example that Vince provided.

Vince has been a personal friend for many years since our working together in a stressful startup company situation. As my VP of Marketing and Sales he was a gift to an employee. His work ethic and approach to daily living was an inspiration to our team members. The number one most significant factor was his leadership ability to inspire and motivate others utilizing his high level of energy and the ability to inspire others to new levels of effort and performance using his Christian beliefs and values. Most importantly in a sales environment Vince had the gift to resolve conflict among team members insisting that we cooperate rather than compete. In closing, I would like to say that he is an excellent role model and would not ask team members to do something he himself wouldn’t do. He would constantly strive to be a good example to us all.
