I hired Matt when he was fresh out of college because the portfolio work that he showed us clearly displayed a sharp intellect and a capability for solving complex programming problems. His work when he came on board at PixelMEDIA showed more of the same - he fit seamlessly into our existing team and was always a pleasure to work with.

Matt volunteered, and was a model presenter at Charlton Middle School's Career Day. As Matthew has proven himself an elite professional in one of the most poignant and topical career paths out there, he had a large number of students invested in his presentations. Where many people might feel the pressure to be intimidating, Matt gave a superlative presentation, actively engaging the kids in discussions about technology, job opportunities, and (something I hadn't even considered) the perquisites of working in commercial web development. He kept the kids interested, fielded questions expertly, and was one of the favorite presenters of the day. We are hoping to be lucky enough to have Matt return for our next event.
