My role as Systems Admin has awarded me the opportunity to learn a lot about start-up companies in the energy sector, particularly solar. One of the operational key pillars in the PAYGO industry is a thriving IT Infrastructure where different SaaS's are adopted. Efficiency and effectiveness of these SaaS's really helps in the success of the business. Thankfully, I am not bound to dealing with the tech only. My involvement in strategy planning, budgeting and financial reporting has given me an appreciation of business model design and financial analysis as well as enriching my entrepreneurial mindset.

An amazing experience this was. Planning and coordinating an event is quite the task I must say. My take-away, I had to learn how to create relationships and build rapport. The event was a success!
