  I currently run and manage the interest rate risk model at Peoples Bank using the web-based Online ALM software. I use the model for the purposes of budgeting and forecasting. Also, the model is used to monitor specific measures of interest rate risk like economic value of equity, earnings at risk, and liquidity gap under various rate shock scenarios and assumptions. I assist in the creation and updating of presentations for the board using output of the interest rate risk model. Another component of this position is aiding in wire transfers and working on ad hoc analysis.

  As a Finance and Controls intern, I assisted in modeling interest rate risk with the use of the Online Asset Liability Management web based interest rate risk model (Online ALM).I assisted in creating presentations for board meetings and created and updated existing ALM presentations for the risk management committee.Aside from the ALM modeling, I worked on various ad hoc analysis and helped with wire transfers.
