I am accountable for the Testing Center which includes testing and calibration of equipment used in the factory. My work requires me to deal with all departments in the company, customer and also calibration vendor. I joined this company in an improvement period for the company. Many programs have been undergone to enhance the challenges of the company. I also take part in the programs as committee members Succes included raise rating of Laboratory Certification in order to fulfill customer requirements and improve our laboratory to be more competent. Moreover, I have been selected as Process Welding Audit (Welding) Auditor for spot welding and passed all the evaluation. As Assistant Engineer in Control and Instrumentation Department, my job scope were prepared and agreed on equipment specifications such as met contractors to upgraded the system and make comparisons when acquired new instruments. Wrote reports and documentation such as memorandums to acquire new equipment or services done by a contractor and also make a full procedure to make it easy for workers to perform their jobs. Optimized instrument systems ensuring minimal cost and simplification in compliance with the required performance. Followed up every defect occurred and updated the consequences at executives daily meeting. I have undergone two major outages which were PD1 Preventive Maintenance Block Outage and PD2 Preventive Maintenance Block Outage. The major accomplishment has I proposed an Idea of a project to change the solenoid valve used at black start diesel generator to ball valve due to defects that the valve always stuck due to the air receiver contains air and dirt. This defects always occurred every 3/4 months, with the projects CNI can reduce the defects occurred there and managed to handle other defects. Show less
